Cats need to be frequently entertained because they are natural hunters and foragers. The more hunting and foraging games your cat has available at home, the better for his or her well being.

3. Let your cat hunt for food by scent. Cats love to prowl for hours for something they want.

4. Buy pretend prey toys. Cats love toys they can chase such as plush birds, catnip candy mice, cat balls, cat fishing rods and more.

Be sure to reward your cat after he/she retrieves toys with his/her favorite snacks.

Play hide ‘n seek with cat toys on a regular basis. Remain creative and experimental. And above all, supervise your cat when he or she is offered small objects or strings to play with. This could result in your cat becoming tangled or strangled.
